“NO SHOW” shall mean any client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment with failure to reschedule or contact with in the 48 hour cancellation period, This will result in a 30% fee .
"LATE CANCELLATION" shall mean any patient who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment, This will Result in a 10 % fee.
It is the policy of the studio to monitor and manage appointments, no-shows and late cancellations.
The Studio goal is to provide excellent customer service to our clientele while protecting our artist.
to cancel an appointment, clients are required to make contact or leave a message at least 48 hours before their appointment.
Notification of this cancellation allow the studio to utilize these free appointment times for other clients in waiting IE: shortlist
I. A client is notified of the appointment “No-Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy” at the time of booking online. This policy can be provided in writing to clients at their request.
a. Appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment commencement.
b. In the event a patient arrives late to their appointment with out notification and can not be seen by the artist on the same day, they will be notified once the schedule opens.
c. In the event a client has incurred three (3) recorded “no-shows” or “late cancellations,” the patient may be subject to removal from studios client list. The clients profile is reviewed and removal is determined by the studio operator only, no exceptions.
a. Appointment must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment commencement.
b. In the event of a " no-show " Evil Eye reserves the right to request a 30% fee will be deducted from elected account. there is no exceptions to this policy.
c. In the event a patient arrives late with out notification a client will be charged from initial booking time.
d. In the event of a " Late cancellation " Evil Eye reserves the right to request a 10% Late cancellation fee to be taken from elected account
